1. RM30,000.00 to RM100,000.00 - 1%
2. RM101,000.00 to RM5,000,000.00 - 0.5%
3. RM5,101,000.00 to RM10,000,000.00 - 0.25%
4. Above RM10,000,000.00 - Negotiable but shall not exceed 0.25%

STAMP DUTY ON CHARGE

Stamping of documents based on loan amount 0.5%

Disbursements are chargeable in accordance with the value of the transaction and all fees attract 5% Government Service Tax (GST).
